H2S Detection, Prewash Requirements

Amendments to the BCH Code require hydrogen sulphide detection equipment onboard when carrying certain cargoes, and also requires specific operational measures related to tank washings of persistent floating products (by reference to regulation 13.7.1.4 of MARPOL Annex II, resolution MEPC.315(74)).
